Personal Ideal Protein Success Story:
My life became very busy, my work and school schedule did not leave me enough time for myself, and I tried many diets that weren’t successful. I decided to take back my life and started working out. I didn’t have much time to prepare foods, and that’s why the Ideal Protein Diet worked for me. It was easy to prepare and convenient.
The Ideal Protein diet had a start and a finish. It is designed that I would be able to get off the products and return to eating a healthy normal diet. I was able to go from 220lbs to 126lbs in just a few months. I soon learned that exercise was only half the battle and that diet was just as important. Everyday we burn calories at the gym but until we learn what and when to eat it will never make a difference. I believe that, with the correct diet and training everyone can reach their weight loss goal safely, and without the extreme measures of surgery.
Most Amazing Ideal Protein Client Success Story
Susan came to me in June as a referral from another dieter that had been very successful on the Ideal Protein Diet. She is 40yrs old and had been on many diets including weight watchers and nutrisystem. Susan had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and desperately needed to lose some weight.
Susan’s diet included items like eggs, cereal, salad, puddings, chips and take out. Not all of her diet was horrible yet she didn’t lose any weight. After meeting with Susan, I realized that we were very similar and I knew that Ideal Protein would help her in the same way it helped me.
Ideal Protein included foods that Susan was already familiar with and wouldn’t change her lifestyle drastically. This was key, to her success with her weight loss. Susan was able to still have eggs, cereal, pancakes, soups, salad, veggies, and even pudding for desert. All of these key foods helped keep her on track and the ready to drink shakes kept her full while she was on the go. Susan travels for work a lot and had no problems following the diet.
Susan started with the diet at the end of June at 215lbs since then she is down to 145lbs in only been about 23weeks. That is 70lbs in 23 weeks!!! Great Job Susan and keep up the good work!!!!
