I have a weekly meeting with clients where I do a weigh in, discuss challenges, share food preparation ideas, and offer advice on getting through upcoming social commitments. I’m available daily by phone or text. I am able to offer overall nutrition advice as I have almost completed my Masters Degree in Nutrition at Eastern Michigan University.
Personal Ideal Protein Success Story:
As a nutritionist, I had serious doubts about a diet that involved processed, packaged foods. Before I would promote the diet I studied the science behind it thoroughly, and went on the diet for a week to see how it made me feel. I had no negative side effects, most likely because I’m not a big carbohydrate eater. I felt an increase in energy by the third day, had no cravings, lost 5 pounds, and enjoyed the majority of the food. I was sold!
Most Amazing Ideal Protein Client Success Story:
My first client on Ideal, Miguel, is close to losing 50 pounds. He doesn’t get a lot of support at home, but stays positive and committed to his weight loss goal of 100 pounds.

Personal Interests and Hobbies:
In addition to being an Ideal Diet Coach, I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I enjoy bicycling, hiking and dancing, working out in the gym six days a week and taking care of my two teenage kids.
