Come and enjoy our boxing room as it has all you need to enhance the cardio experience. The room is in the shape of a boxing ring and lined with professional ring ropes. Inside the ring we offer heavy bags, speed bags, round timer, boxing gloves, jump ropes and more. Boxing is open to all customers, and we offer semi-private kick boxing instruction for those who need to understand the basics before making this great cardio workout part of your routine. Boxing is another feature that makes our club more different and diverse from our competitors.
