Childcare Services: We provide a supervised children’s playroom, with toys and a television for your child. They will be well cared for by our conscientious staff while you workout, and build your strength when its time to play with them again!

Location and Facilities:
We are conveniently located at 15 Grand Ave. in Palisades Park, NJ 07650. The Fitness Factory Health Club is located by the entrance to Route 46 West and easily accessible from the exit to Palisades Park from Route 46 east. Our location makes it very easy to get her from all major routes: Route 80 and the NJ Turnpike.

We occupy 3 floors, with over 18,000 square feet filled with fitness equipment to tone, strengthen and shape you. Each floor is dedicated to a training discipline.
First Floor/Endurance
We provide rows of the latest treadmills, each with their own personal television. The touch screen controls will guide your workout through a powerful collection of preselected programmed work outs, or you can customize your own. All instructions are available in over 25 different languages, including English, Korean and Spanish.

Group Fitness
Our studio space is dedicated to a dynamic and energized collection of classes 7 days a week. When classes are not active the space is available to our members for abdominal/core training, flexibility
Second Floor/Performance
Your body will perform at the level that you tune it to. Our specialized equipment by Star Trac and Life Fitness will enhance your level of performance in ways that you never imagined. Whether you are running to catch a football and battling your way across the grid iron, or running to catch a train and battling your way through rush hour traffic, you will benefit from our performance enhancing floor.

Third Floor/Strength
In the tradition of the world’s champions The Fitness Factory Health Club’s third floor is dedicated to the basics of strength training. Free weights. Barbells. Dumbbells. Flat Bench and Squat Racks. Strength never goes out of style.
Spin Room
Trance out, sweat through your clothes in our spin room, located on our third floor. People come from all over to participate in our addictive spin class, each lead by an instructor with a different style, but all with the intensity you would expect from a world class spin program.
