We are conveniently located at 521 River Road in Edgewater, NJ. The Fitness Factory Health Club is located in the Edgewater Commons shopping center. We are easily accessible to the Lincoln Tunnel and the George Washington Bridge.
Edgewater Wellness Center
Our newest location in Edgewater is our flagship offering a comprehensive wellness experience. It sits on the bank of the Hudson River, overlooking the beautiful NYC Skyline. We offer the most technologically advanced cardio and resistance training equipment on the market today. We also offer a large variety of specialty classes, giving our members an experience unmatched by any other facility in the area.
Cardio Area
We offer a full range of cardio equipment, fully equipped with a cardio theater, internet access, iPod docs and on-demand videos.
Circuit training/Kenisis
We offer a large variety of circuit training and free motion techno gym equipment. To provide an efficient and effective workout we have a full techno gym circuit, which provides you with a challenging total body workout. We also have kenisis stations that offer the ultimate in free motion movement.
Free weight area/Strength
Our dynamic strength and free weight area is fully equipped with squat racks, plate-loaded machines and dumbbells.
Group X
Our studio space is dedicated to a dynamic and energized collection of classes, 7 days a week. When classes are not active, the space is available to our members for abdominal/core training, flexibility.
Spin Room
Trance out and sweat through your clothes in our spin room, on our livestrong bikes. People come from all over to participate in our addictive spin class, each lead by an instructor with a different style, but all with the intensity you would expect from a world class spin program.
Our locker rooms offer the ultimate in relaxation and tranquility, from steam rooms and sauna to fully-stocked showers plush bath towels. We provide a large array of hair/skin products to use to make your experience relaxing and rejuvenating one.
