Fitness Factory Personal Training Packages
Free Evaluation: Every one year member receives a free fitness evaluation.
Single Session: A one hour session with a personal trainer. A single session is often used by people who are advanced in their fitness goals, but need a boost, a change of direction, or inspiration. A single session can help to refuel the intensity that the advanced fitness enthusiast needs.
3 Sessions: Known as our “Fit Start” program, our three session package is a great way to learn the fundamentals of exercise and fitness. Your trainer will introduce you to a basic methods of training and help you establish a plan that is line with your goals. People usually continue on with 10 session packages after their Fit Start.
10 Sessions: 10 Session packages really provide the instruction and guidance that individuals need to achieve their fitness and weightloss goals. Your realtionship with your trainer will help you to grow as you gain from their expert knowledge base.
10 Half Hour Sessions: They say success is 10% Inspiration and 90% Perspiration. Our half hour sessions are intense, from beginning to end. They are perfect for people who have time contraints but want results.
